Loaf of good FRESH Italian bread

Cole Slaw-your choice of flavor, a traditional style will work well

French Fries-If you can make them homemade, all the better, but make sure they are FRIED

American Cheese

Red Devil hot sauce

This is really a simple sandwich recipe, but you MUST HAVE GOOD FRESH ITALIAN BREAD FOR IT!! If you know where there is great Italian bread around here please let me know. In Pittsburgh you can’t walk two feet without tripping over a loaf of fresh Italian bread, but I really can’t find anything too impressive around Colorado.  Fry the meat to get some grease out of it. Melt the cheese on top of the meat. Pile the meat, cheese, cole slaw and hot fries in a big heap on the sandwich and slice in half. It’s supposed to be huge and messy! Dip in Red Devil hot sauce and enjoy with a soda or beer!!
