 Pauly's Round Eye Stir Fry

Pork or Beef Steaks, Chicken Breasts, Tofu or Seafood

Mixed stir fry veggies (I use frozen or fresh, snow peas, broccoli, bamboo shoots, carrots, cauliflower, whatever you like!!)

6 oz mushrooms

1 can kernel corn (drained)

2 tsp dried ginger or 3 tbsp fresh ginger root, diced

3-5 cloves garlic, diced

1-2 jalapeño peppers-diced

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp cayenne or red pepper

2 tsp Lemon Pepper

2 tbsp Olive Oil

4 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 cup beef or chicken broth

Jasmine rice-cooked

Fry meat, tofu or seafood in wok or pan until it is cooked on the outside but still RARE on the inside. Remove and cut into cubes. This will prevent it from cooking any more. Fry the vegetables on medium high heat while combining the olive oil, soy sauce, broth, and spices in a separate bowl. Mix well. When veggies are cooked a little bit, add sauce mixture. Cook for a few more minutes. Add the meat and some rice (the rice will thicken the sauce so add it to your pleasure). Once the meat is cooked to your liking, grab some sake and enjoy! Sometimes I use spaghetti noodles instead of rice. It’s not traditional, but it is delicious! When I do that, I snap the noodles in half and then boil them separately and add it the each individual bowl.

Enjoy!!
