Pauly’s Hot or Not Buffalo Wings

1 package of whole chicken wings

1 bottle of Red Devil hot sauce

2 tbsp butter

2 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp basil

½ tsp cayenne

1 lime

Lay wings flat on a baking sheet and bake at 375  for 20 minutes per pound of chicken. Heat sauces and butter in a small saucepan, adding spices and lime juice as the butter melts. Once the butter is melted, remove from heat and cover. If you want it spicier, add more cayenne pepper and Tabasco. To make it milder, eliminate adding cayenne pepper. Adding fresh peppers will enhance the flavor and depending on the pepper, the spiciness of the sauce. Once the chicken finishes cooking, mix with sauce or closed container and serve with blue cheese, ranch, and vegetables!! Enjoy!
