Pauly’s Easy-Grill Corn
This is so simple, anyone can do it, and it’s delicious!!!
Peel back husk but leave it attached at the bottom
Remove silk from the corn.
Put 2 pads butter on either side of the corn.
Dump ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp garlic salt and 1 tsp pepper onto the corn.
Retighten husks so as little of the corn is exposed as possible.
Wrap completely in foil.
Cook 15-25 minutes on the grill.
Salt and pepper any more to taste.
If you have fresh herbs, feel free to dice and put them on with the salt.
