PAULY'S EASY CHEESY BEER CHEESE SOUP
 2 cans cream of celery/asparagus/broccoli soup(I use two different ones)
 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup beer(I usually use a domestic beer like Pabst or Budweiser. I love our local microbrews, but their taste can be too powerful for some)
½ cup milk
1 tsp worceshire sauce
salt and pepper
¼ tps paprika
 
Cook in crock pot for anywhere between one to two hours or until it starts to simmer. Don’t let it boil!!!! If it gets too thick, add milk to desired consistency. Garnish with the paprika, and fresh parsley if you like! It’s also nice to serve with some good bread.
 
 I usually double this recipe because it goes so fast!
