I am thrilled to be part of the TRI 102.5 family.  A native New Yorker from Long Island (Lawn Gyland) I’ve lived in Colorado over 11 years.  I love it so much here that this is actually the second time I’ve lived here.  See if you can hear my accent.
 

My love for radio started way back when I was seven years old and got my first AM transistor radio.  It went everywhere that I went, even to bed under my pillow.  I must have gone through hundreds of batteries back then.  My passion for radio has only grown through the years and I hope to share it with you. 
 

I am married to my best friend, Izzi.  We have one daughter, Crystal, who graduated from UNC as a Music Education major.  Now a music teacher, Crystal is studying for her Master’s in counseling.
 

Although I am probably the only person living in Colorado who doesn’t ski, I love the outdoors and may even climb my first 14er later this year.  I am a big NASCAR fan.  Who’s your favorite driver?  And I collect transistor radios in the shapes of soda and beer cans.
