Mother-in-Law’s Torti-in-Law Soup

1 Can Chicken with Rice Soup

1 1/3 cup water

1 can chicken or beef stock

1 cup salsa

1 can each of pinto and black beans, drained

1 cup frozen corn

2 cups cooked and cut up chicken

1 tbsp cumin

I like to roast a whole chicken and eat the legs, wings and thighs separately, and use the breast meat for the soup so that I get two meals in one! Combine wet ingredients with beans, cumin and corn. Cube chicken meat so it's all about the diameter of a dime. Add chicken and cook in crock pot for about 3 hours. Add sour cream, cheese, and dip tortilla chips in it, or you can crumble the chips in it! Delish!!
