Lou's Buttons & Bows
1 lb. cleaned fresh shrimp (large is a good size)
1 lb. bow tie pasta
butter and/or EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
S & P
Garlic
seasoned bread crumbs
parmasan cheese
While pasta is boiling. Take a large skillet put some butter and/or EVOO - fry shrimps till cooked (don't over cook shrimp) and S & P and garlic to taste.
Drain pasta and add to skillet to coat pasta with the butter and toss with the shrimps.
Turn the mixture into a cassarole dish - sprinkle about 3 to 4 tblespns of bread crumbs on top and sprinkle parmasan cheese on top (to taste).
Serves 4 - 6 people
